[Gameplay] /Remake bug

[Gameplay} I don't know if this is the right place to report but I hope so. I just finished a game where our Kogmaw never connected at the start and didnt reconnect until 20 minutes in. We were never offered the opportunity to remake. I tried /remake after 3 minutes anyway and it said we cannot because no one is d/ced. In the loading screen his character never came up and it said not connected, he started game in middle of fountain and never moved until he reconnected after 20 mins. PLease let me know if you need more information. I also reported him as "Cheating" in post game but i made clear that i didnt think he was cheating and it was a bug.
