[Gameplay] Whenever devourer is bought the number displayed is not the devourer stacks

The value of smite shown in the hud displays the current smite value instead of the number of devourer stacks. It will also sometimes display a random amount of devourer stacks that does not correlate with the smite value. This issue normally gets resolved after taking one jungle camp after purchasing the devourer. This bug occures approx. every other game.
