Leona's E is bugged?

There have been a few instances lately where Leona would throw her e at me and I would dodge it... but it would still register as a land. I'm not talking about a close dodge, either. I could SEE the space in between her e and myself, yet it would still register as a hit on me. Is anybody else having this problem? Or is it just me?
