Que Problems

Hello, I have had some problems within the League of Legends client. This problem occurs whenever I start a que, the problem is my que stops within the cleint every 3 to 4 minutes. Typically this would not be a problem however I have recieved a leaver buster. This is where the issue becomes more of a problem. Because of this it makes it next to impossible to get out of a leaver buster que. This never happens in other games that required a que time to get into games such as CS:GO and TF2 leading me to think that this bug is a software issue within the LoL client. If this is a bug please tell me a solution that may be helpful.
