'Year in Review' bugged

I've seen that I'm not the only person with this problem, but I'm going to take a chance and shout for help here. I log in, open the page and I can already tell it's bugged, as it doesn't tell me my name, it just says {{Username}}, and 98% of the rest of the information are a bunch of 0's. (0 double, triple, penta kills etc. No champion information etc). I know a rioter responded to someone on the OCE server, telling that person that Riot thinks it's a problem on the OCE servers only but apparently not, as I'm on EUW, and I'm seeing people in NA also have this problem. It just sucks all my friends can see their stuff, but I cannot. :( Please fix this before you take it down, or is it possible for Riot to send me my stats in another format, like e-mail or something? Since this stuff has to be in a database somewhere. I'll be looking forward to a response at some point!
