Patch 6.1 bug !

I updated to patch 6.1 today, and the whole day i got bugged out alot 3 times in champion select, my screen got darker and I could not click on anything, I still could see people picking their champion and chat but I could not click on anything , can't chat, can't pick champion, can't pick summoner, can't click the "X" symbol to exit neither. and many more times later. But because of that I got ban in Queue and had to wait 15 mins to play a normal game. Please help , I dont know what to do.
