EKKO crashed game and can nor reconect

i was play tine ekko when i started to get 213 ping so i do what every one dose and logs back in but for some reason a can and when i load the game ist just black. now i feel like its going to count as me quitting and im going to get banned because this happened before. i hope you help this time. ( says i disconnected when im not even connected)
