Twisted Fate Glitch

Always been experimenting with Twisted Fate as an adc (its a lot of fun btw), and recently I've noticed that when you run any effects associated with the energized mechanic it is reset by TF's W card. An example being if I'm running Fleet Footwork and Statikk Shiv and run around until I have 100 charge then my next auto will apply those affects. If immediately after that I cast W and throw the modified auto it will reapply all the affects again. I'm not positive if this is a glitch or if it's intended but i figured I'd give up my secret. Also for testing purposes this is 100% consistent.
