In-Game HUD Bug

This has happened a numerous count of times and it's getting to the point where I'm close to uninstalling this goddamn game.

Anytime I play a normal, this happens. But when I play bots or ARAM, the in-game appears 100% fine. Why? This client is awful, it has so many bugs that you guys haven't bothered fixing. I've gotten leaver busters just because of this bug. Full repairing hasn't helped either and it's pissing me off. Stop releasing new things, and get your client together. Even the legacy client didn't have so many awful bugs every time a patch has been released.

I'm tired of having to close out the game, or get bugsplatted out, then wait 3+ minutes for my client to load back up and be able to play the game after 5 minutes. At that point, I'm already getting trolled by my own teammates because of a bug on your own client.
