I did true damage to myself?!?

Was playing Azir than died. Decided to check my death recap and found out that i did true damage to myself.

No, you didn't. It is just a bug, much like the ones that were showing you being damaged by the summoner spell revive. I cannot recall the reasoning behind that one, and have no idea what the damage in this case is coming from, but you did not do damage to yourself.
I guess you were kicking your own butt.
I've had people that aren't even in the game damage me, the Odin Shield Relic damage from minions, i've damaged myself, people on my team have damaged me, and the icon, summoner name, and ability mismatched in the death recap. That's one of the major bugs that riot needs to work on in the upcoming season
