Server trasnfers are not working well.

So first for all sorry for my english. As the title says, im afraid something is wrong with server transfers. I recently changed server from euw to eune, since then i cant see my match history and if i search for my account on euw it still appears ( so the server is assuming my account is still on euw) i already contacted the support, 5 different people already tried to help but they insist with things that dont change anything (change dns etc ). Fun fact i can see on my other accounts my match history without any problem. So the account is bugged im assuming. i would appreciate any help. Thanks in advance.
