If jarvan ults kalista she can use her basic atk dash to jump right over cataclysm and get away. Now if that's ment to happen then fine a little op but fine but seeing as how she can't atk dash over azir's ult then why can she with J4 cataclysm?
J4's cataclysm is just another terrain he puts on the map. So it's not really something special.
Azir's wall is designed to keep things from passing through if it's not an ally.
Now, whether kalista is inteded to do such a thing to j4's ult idk. I don't play her, but when it comes to Azir's wall it's working as intended by not letting her get past
