Mildly infuriating.

Devs, since 10.3.307.1028 I am having horrendous issues with R on any champion.

Shift + Q on ezreal would insta cast my Q towards my pointer. Shift + R on ezreal would NOT insta cast towards my pointer and requires me to CLICK. (Horrendous) Enabling "quick cast" for R will work the moment I depress my R key, which is 0.125 seconds LATER than I want it.

Please send help.

Come to think of it, this happened after I played an akali game of urf and not before, now happens every game.
