I get to 100% and......unable to connect

This thing has been happening constantly, like 1 out of every 10 games. I get into a game, I go though character select, and on the loading screen I get to 100 percent. Then suddenly, I DC and am unable to reconnect no matter how many times I try to reconnect. My internet is not the problem here, as I check my internet connection and it is normal, sometimes I even have youtube videos playing while I wait and those stay fine. I am constantly getting leaverbuster even though it's not my fault and the server sucks. FIX THIS
