PBE Acceptance Glitch/Bug

I checked on my computer and it said: Congratulations, you've been selected as a tester for this PBE cycle! To set up your account, we'll need a few details from you :

Then it asked for a username and password but under that it said, ((applicationError)) so I refreshed the page. Then all of a sudden the page deletes and says application received. I was so happy then I figured out it glitched out and I didnt get to sign up. :( Plz help riot I really want to help out League of Legends by joining the PBE server.
