Freezing during Champ select/ban

The client will randomly freeze for usually in ban and for some reason whenever the timer hits 27 or 25 seconds and it stays frozen until after my 30 seconds to pick, and so im forced to queue dodge. Ive read another post detailing sinilar issues but its archived. Idk what that means but this needs more attention. Its so annoying and it prevents me from playing ranked.
