Gamebreaking ability bug

So this happend in my promos, i couldn`t use my abilities for a solid 3 minutes and i lost the game because of it. If it happened to you too and u managed to fix it please tell me how to fix it. Thanks!

Riot can't really do much if you can't give a bit more idea as to what happened.

Fixing a bug requires knowing exactly what made it happen in the first place.
