Patcher is not working correctly

When I try to run League, the application opens but then says there is a problem running the patcher. It also says "Patching failed and we're not sure why. Please restart the client to try patching again. (Error Code 004)" But then it just repeats the issue when I restart the client to try again.

before you start the client, try clicking it's icon and "run as administrator" It might not work for you, but it worked for me when I was having the same problem
