Crashing
Hello, my friend’s league sometimes crashes before game and reconnects very slow. Do you have any solution for that?

Hey there!
If your friend continues to have issues with loading, download and run the Hextech Repair Tool. When running the HRT, make sure to check the "Reinstall" box and click Start. This will repair game files that may be causing instability.
If a reinstall does not fix the issue, send a Support Ticket over to Riot Support explaining the issue. Make sure to attach the Hextech Repair Tool logs which should be on the Desktop in the ticket.
