Whenever Illaoi uses E and creates a ghost if Lulu poly morphs the ghost and the tether is broken during the tether resulting in the ghost being returned poly morphed it bug splats everyone in the game.

Imagine how abusable that could be, wont everyone crashing cause the match to be deleted from existance? Could just do it whenever you are losing as long as the enemy team allows them to do this combo.

Not sure if it just crashes the game, or deletes it like the Tiamat bug from years back. Either way, that's one way to get perma'd.
