Logged out due to a Player Support modification durring champion select

we just got a window poping out while in champion select that said ''your summoner has been temporarily logged out due to a Player Support modification to your account'' now waiting 12 minutes because we '' left'' in champ select, what's up with that?

We are both on the same connection and we both had that message
