Client Champion selection freezes at 0

The new champion select will freeze at zero, and stay frozen tell kicked for not picking. happens randomly can be in ranked, normals, will freeze when people are banning or selecting champs. Can still see what people are typing in chat. Just unable to select anything and then getting punished forqueue dodging, with loss of lp or timers, when it is the clients fault.
