[Client] During selecting champion cannot lock in

Hi, I'm here to report a bug during the selection window (ranked game). I picked twisted fate for my role and I was trying to lock in the champ. However, until like literally 0 seconds remaining, I could not pick my champion and auto dodged twice in a row. I was platinum 1 90pts and it deducted to 77 points and made me have 36 minutes of penalty. I would like to share you the screen shot I took but there are no options to submit it for it. I feel so victimized right now, is there any way I could get any compensation for this unfortunate disaster?
