Forced to Dodge thanks to client glitch

(crash?) I was watching a replay via lolreplay2 while queued for a game, and when I accepted the game it went to the in-game zilean screen instead of champ select. Seeing as i couldn't participate in champ select i was forced to dodge and lose 3 lp. Was just wondering if I could get this reverted as dodging wasn't something that I wanted to do. If proof or something is needed i took a picture that shows i'm in champ select but i only see the in-game screen.
