Jarvan IV broken

While playing in the last couple games I've had a few issues with him, when i ulted a skarner during a 3v3 ranked game he walked right through my wall and kept on going, also in a 5v5 norms while plaything him hes basic attack animation didn't work and it didst apply my passive to anything. i still did damage to my targets but it just had him standing there doing nothing as m target lost health.
