Can't play since APRIL !

Hey. I'm from the euw server. I'm here because I'm asking myself if some people of this server have the solution to my problem ! Since the patch 7.8, I'm unable to play due to the well-know code error 004 ! I tried everything, running as admin, reinstalling, disabling my firewall+my antivirus or adding the launcher to their exclusions and finally the hextech repair tool but nothing worked. I asked the support for days and their last answer was that my config must be too old for running lol which sounded absurd to me because they previously said that the error code was about permissions issues and also the fact that my config matches all of the minimum requirements or the majority of the recommended ones. (Although, I didn't text back because I got tired of all this shit of trying everything during weeks and thought that their answer was also an expression of their fatigue.)
