Gangplank farming bug
The number of minions Gangplank kills jumps back and forth in nearly every game i played the last 2 weeks. It happens frequently in long games with high farm.

Although I am not sure about this, it could have something to do with Lane Minions and Jungle Monsters. So: when you kill a jungle creep your lasthit counter shows the killed jungle creeps and the same with lane minions
happened to me last game... had about 430 farm at the end of the game but in the ending stats screen my farm was 401? It also happened in earlier stages in the game. H ate it so much even tho it really only changes ur score xD
