5:34 ban from draft mode due to lol crashing. not the first time it has happened to me.

I have been playing lol for a long time and in that time i have come across bugs with champions and items and even solo q's and so on. the bug i want to let people know about at the moment that is affecting me and a few of the people i play with is the draft mode q. iwas getting ready to start a game and it just crashed before i had picked my champion. it had allowed me to ban a chap and sort the the team com out but before i could lock in a champ on the guy just before me it crashed and all my friends i was playing with were telling me to lock in and stop fooling around. what had happened was my game crashed and took me striaght to desktop. i was confussed i loaded lol back up and it was just on the menu and my friends had been sent back to the q. they tried to invite me and i got smackdwith a 5:30 wait. i waited out thinking ok fair enough. the same thing happene again. i ran the reapir and then started nother game and no issue was found until today where i have ran the repair and it is still kicking me from game to game and hitting me with a 5:34 ban. is anything happening to any of you guys ?
