Possible Fiora "w" bug"

While playing Poppy against Fiora, I noticed it was impossible to stun/or damage her with my "e". It seems there is a set time between when poppy hits a target to when the stun applies and the damage hits no matter Fiora's distance from the wall. If any point during this time after she's already hit and pushes her "w", it activates and prevents the damage/stun along with considering it a hard cc block for the counter hit. It is actually impossible to hit Fiora with your e abilities as long as she has her "w" up. Standing next to my friend who was playing Fiora, it was actually funny to test this and watch as he had his eyes closed and was able to 100% counter every "e" no matter what direction or distance I engaged from. All he had to do was listen to the audio from the attack.

I'm not positive this is a bug, but it's incredibly stupid for her to be able to activate to her ability to block an attack AFTER IT HAS ALREADY HIT HER, when the whole point of her abilities is to predict her attacker's attack and block it before he hits her. If you're going to make her immune to damage and cc for the activation of this ability, the least you could do is make her time it right.

I can confirm it, same goes for Renekton's W (which is his stun). I've played quite a few times against Fiora as Renekton, and I noticed that she can cast her W during the animation of mine, even though she should already be stunned. Riot should give a clear explanation about this matter.
