Game started 4v5 after someone dodged.

We had someone dodge at the last second. Lobby shows message saying they left and the game started without them. Team proceeds to play the 4v5 and we all take the loss. Despite the fact that the guy who dodged probably wasn't even punished due to the other bug of no dodge penalties right now.
