[Gameplay] Dragon Buff Glitch!

So... I was just in a ranked game as WW jungle... I killed the 5th dragon (solo), making us 5-0 on dragons, and I didn't get the 5th stack, while all of my teammates did (see teemo targeted in the top left)

Here's the link to the timeline, showing that at the time in the screenshot, I really should have had 5 stacks. (This is also proven by teemo and all of my other teammates having 5 stacks. http://matchhistory.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/#match-details/NA1/1727759121/32295667?tab=overview

When I killed the 6th dragon, I ended up getting the 5th stack, but to not receive that 5th stack and buff for another 5 minutes could have been a total game changer if it were any closer.
