I am a fairly new player, however I have played since the beginning of season 7, and since then I have been waiting for one syndra glitch to get fixed. The glitch is that when syndra uses her ultimate, she starts to have a teleport like movement effect for a few seconds. I was wondering if this was planning on being fixed.

Happens to me everytime, been trying to get it fixed for months but they don't care about bugs it seems.

I experience this as well. I found that going into the 'b' animation for 2 seconds usually fixes it for me.
