Hecarim's E doesn't do ANY damage towards towers.

Played him today and found myself scratching my head as to why I wasn't taking down towers as quick as I wanted to. PLEASE FIX

Already posted this earlier, I was using the new skin and found this issue as well. I found if you click E then click only the tower it hits. But if you click the tower during your E then click off, then back on the turret, it does 0 dmg. Makes the noise and does the animation, but nothing else.
