Nami Ult goes the other direction

Happened to me twice just now, In some cases where you use some items or specifically Mikhael's and/or Solari then use Nami's ult it will go the other direction where intended. It also might not be because of the items, but if you quickly cast E + W + R then it will go the other direction. i.e. At point X is where teammate is, and in front of them is the enemy which is point Z and point Y is adjacent to point X
