Gragas's E ( body slam ) bug

I've played Gragas a lot in the past year and this bug has started occuring to my a few days ago . Let me explain . When I body slam into a unit it sometimes acts as if it didn't hit , it just passes through it . I hope I've been coherent and that I've explained enough .
