Need help with this problem

I have been trying to play league for a few days and I haven't been able to play because of this. its really annoying and i've been looking for ways to fix it. I deleted the game and reinstalled it with the Hextech repair tool and I've turned off my windows firewall. Nothing works. I tried everything and nothing seems to work.
