Pinging Bug

So when I hold "v" to ping or even "g" a line appears pointing straight to the top of the screen and it pings DANGER!!! 100% of the time. It will teleport my cursor to the top of the screen causing my vision to jump to the top of the map. Do I have some messed up setting? Or is this a bug? I have had this issue the past 3 games. The past game I had issues with Amumu ult but I haven't tested it enough. Whats going on?

Thanks
