[Gameplay] Camera Flickering

While playing a ranked game I encountered a bug after a few minutes where my camera would constantly flicker between me (the team's toplaner) and our ADC. This continued for the rest of the game with no clear correlation between my actions and the flickering; sometimes it would lock onto my champion or the ADC's for minutes at a time and others it would rapidly blink across the map or drift between the two. This made the game unplayable, as the only way I was able to interact with the game consistently was A+Left-Clicking on the minimap. (which worked better than expected but was frustrating nonethless) Pressing the y, f1, and f4 keys did not do anything to help the issue, nor did restarting the client. As the game progressed it started to display leaverbuster warnings and crash repeatedly, despite my still playing the game. Though I won this game, this needs to be addressed immediately as it makes the game completely unplayable.
