[CRASH] Stuck on loading screen for 3 matches in a row

My past 3 games have all been immediate loses from the loading screen. I haven't wanted to make this support ticket, but I can't even play the game anymore.

All three of my games, the match and queue all works fine. I get through character select and then the client switches to the game. However, when it switches to the load screen, it is just black. Each time this has happened I would sit around waiting about 5-6 minutes for something to happen. Then one of two things would happen. The first thing that happened was that after waiting a while it would just take me to the end of game screen, where it tells me I afked the game(despite never having even made it to the loading screen!). The other thing that would happen is that I would get an unresponsive screen. I couldn't Alt-Tab or even Ctrl-Alt-Delete. I had to fully restart the PC.

I just want to be able to play the game again. If I could get these afk marks removed or a fix for the bug... heck even a response, I would be grateful.
