Yasuo's wind wall not blocking leblanc's Sigil of malice[Gameplay]

I was in a game of league of legends when i was hit by a random leblanc's "sigil of malice" that passed right through my windwall. so me and a friend decided to try and remake it. and behold. it happens again first try. This is the link of the remake me and him did :

Steps to reproduce: 1.Start custom match 2.Choose leblanc and yasuo on opposite teams 3 Get Leblancs Sigil of Malic and Yasuo's wind wall 4. Use the wall and Q and the Q goes through the wall even though it shouldnt.

It happened almost every time we tried it the wall only blocked the Q when the wall had already been fully up for more than a second even though it is supposed to block the moment it is casted.

This seems to be happening a lot considering i searched the forums and have seen countless reports of yasuo's wall not blocking properly. It really needs fixing.
