Battleboss Blitzcrank Bugged

I just played a game and the new Blitz skin is either bugged or something. Basically all the hooks come out at a weird angle and there's a fairly large area where you won't get hit by it but it will register it as a connection. The alignment is somewhat off, so you can get hit by the hook on blitzs off side and it won't register but it can miss you on his inner side and stick hit you. Not sure if intended mechanics doesn't seem like.
