[GAMEPLAY] Varus Q disabled when killed.

I played a ranked game , i charged varus' Q and got killed before releasing it. When i re-spawned i could not use my Q again. I had to reconnect to the game before it worked again. It has happened to me once before , i never reported it then. I have not tried to recreate the bug. It seems that he just has to die while charging it , then it is disabled.
