Doran's shield unavailable in custom item set for summoner's rift

When adding doran's shield to a custom item set, it is red-bordered and written: "the item is not available on the following maps: -crystal scar, Twit.trerline, Summoner's Rift. Then, the item doesn't appear in-game, but we still can get it while searching among all the items.
