Serious Flaw in RIOTS autoban BOT

Simply something wrong with the "AI" that is used, to handle play behavior. Apparently, if you dont type....it counts as toxic?This is my 3rd ban in a row from them. Another 35 game ranked restriction. I believed the first one was just. I was acting like a clown. The 2nd was last week, and I was a bit skeptical of the entire system, and exchanged emails back and forth with RIOT over the matter. I asked for chat logs, and I was told that chat logs weren't available. Because of the new Ai system. The whole thing seemed odd to me. So here I am, a week later. I made sure not to rage. Not to type, and when I did, it was only for objectives, or to say gj, etc. I also made sure to record every game with my OBS. Because, I felt I had to watch my back. Im not going back to prisoner island, for no reason. So Im asking for chat logs from the past week. And reason behind why Im getting ranked restriction, for not typing in game?
