Mordekaiser Red Buff/Devourer bug on Live

I noticed in a bot game playing Morde in the jungle that if he has Sated Devourer and Red buff and uses his q, his phantom hit attacks while empowered will apply his own redbuff to himself (both the slow and the damage).

Very easy to recreate/confirm, repeated multiple times
