[Gameplay] Visual bug with Eye of the Oasis / Talisman of Ascension

Since recent patch once you build the third-tier version of ancient coin the coins that drop are visually bugged and are much fainter and harder to see

It seems to be a new feature in the last patch. Once you have reached the cap for the mission, the coins switch to a blurred image and are next to impossible to find. Unfortunately, sometimes the coins are next to impossible to see and/or find on the map. I know that I have missed coins since this bug/"feature" was introduced. (And if it is an intentional feature, I think it is perhaps one of the more poorly selected or considered features introduced in recent memory.)
Has always been like that. I'm not sure if tier3 always does or only once quest is complete.
