CLIENT Displays "Game Currently In Progress" But it Doesn't Launch The Game.

This currently happened to me twice so far, nothing too frequent but is extremely annoying. From the two times it had happened when I was playing for the first time of the day. After closing and opening the client a few times, it would start downloading an update although it isn't too large. I have no clue on how to reproduce the bug, for the two times it had occurred it occurred when trying to play for the first time of the day.
