Multiple Bugs, Server issues and UI included

Every time a big season patch like this one comes out I get serious ping issues. I hover 35 like usual for the first 5 mins or so but then I jump to 3500+ and "Attempting to reconnect" every 10 seconds for the rest of the game. This happened season one up to the current patch. Every time a big patch comes out. I opened an ISP tracker to see if it is on my end but my connection status does not change while playing, only does my connection to client go haywire. I have checked my firewall settings, ISP connections, restarted my router, troubleshot my ethernet adapter, no issues with any hardware or connection on my end.

Second bug- "X" button on the shop was a void spot, I have to hit esc key to close the shop.
