Dr.Mundo W bug

In some of my Dr.Mundo game there seem to be a bug with his W, where his fire does not show at all the whole game. I thought it was one of the skin that I used for Dr.Mundo, so I changed the skin to classic and it still has the same problem.

i have the same problem and its a constant thing now. i dont know when my W is on. constantly have to see the health bar for it. this has been going on for a while
