Can't Click Certain Keys

Halfway through the game I stopped being able to use certain keys such as Q, R, and B from what I noticed so far. I could use W and E though. I tried doing all sorts of settings changes, rebindings, normal cast all, etc, but nothing solved the problem. I restarted the client twice and restarted my computer. Nothing. I was playing as Katarina, and linked the game.
